  . Added 
      rm -Rf autom4te.cache/
      rm -Rf configure
   in 'make distclean'

  . Added 'manager_backwardcomp.cpp' as the default new MANAGER_EXTRA flag,
    when no --with-extrafunc argument is specified in ./configure.

    Otherwise, many users will complain about the error 'start command does
    not exist'.
