Status of vls under Darwin / MacOSX

 I checked that the OSX port was still ok and fixed small failures and
 warnings in my last commits. However, vls under OSX lacks a package and
 a GUI (the package being counter-intuitive without a GUI).

 I tested the file and dvd inputs, streaming to localhost, it was fine
 with VLC.
   VLS still has a lot of problems where it should normally exit nicely
 and this requires further investigations.
