VLS under win32

Hello

It happened that I need stable version of VLS on win32 platform. VLC cannot
satisfy needs, because it is not able to read and stream multiple sources at
the same time. I started work with VLS. I have some fixes for win32 already
and I have some questions as well. Give me pleas an e-mail addresses of
peoples who are working on VLS (or especially on porting VLS to win32), so
we will able to help each other.
