 * vlms.c: New options --rtp and --rt-priority. The RTP timestamp isn't
   incremented, though.
           Use nanosleep() instead of select().
	   Increased the threshold for "wait time may be too long", because
   when it is smaller than the resync threshold vlms goes amok (hence a bug
   when using --loop).
 * ts.c : Do not exit() before sending the last packets of the file.
