[streaming] Two questions about API vlc

I am using the API vlc, I have two queries

1) The data that I am reading from the camera get in a file, with the  
option - sout, the problem is that when I stop and I play make me  
delete the file and I want to hear you below each target While  
unemployment. (Pause option does not work for me because it is traffic  
in real time)

And I do play

libvlc_playlist_play (inst_p, item, 0, NULL, &excp_p);

I delete the file indicated to create



2) As a bag from the current frame API vlc, I saw an option
Libvlc_video_take_snapshot but not served when not view the camera.
