[streaming] Reed Solomon Encoding

Hi everyone,
I'd like to know if it's actually possible to sream a DMB with Reed Solomon
support.
If not I'd like to add this feature but i don't know where to start.
I've made a configuration file that thakes several audio and video files and
encode and muc them as specified by DMB standard.
A feature required is the Reed Solomon encoding.
Actually i can use a free Reed Solomon encoder, but i'd like to embed it in
VLC.

Can anybody please help me.
