[streaming] relay streaming and warning for users

Hi,

I would like to know if VLC has possibility to push an image where 
stream has a problem

I explain :

I use a relay stream that receives UDP stream then relay it (no 
transcode) to enable the stream in http on it.
My question is, if between source and this server, traffic is broken for 
any reason (network, vlc...), I would like that relay server put an 
image instead of video stream with by example "please, excuse us about 
the problem, we are working on it". In resume, relay continue to stream, 
not a video but an image.

so is it possible that vlc detect a "fail" on my UDP traffic (no 
traffic) and pushes automatically and other stream without cut any clients ?
