[streaming] h264 streaming / waiting to get video

hi all,

After seeking forum, I did not find a solution to my problem (tested  
with last win build i)

I'm trying to broadcast a videostream encoded in h264 and mpga about  
audio into http

No problem to do that... but I have a "big" problem in video delay :
when clients access the stream, they get audio quickly but video  
appears after about 20s

my question is : how to fix that and get video quickly and not after  
20 seconds ?
what's the key that I need to change ? and what's the right value ?

PS : for your information, I encode in h264 with mpeg-ts container...  
when I use asf container, video appears quickly (just video is bad  
during several seconds).
When I use mp4v... no problem
