Most of the information you are looking for could aslo be obtain through
wireshark using the RTP analysis tool, then you could save the capture
into
CSV format and load into Excel for instance to analyze the frequency of
the marker
bit that could give you (it may depend on the type of payload you are
going to 
use)  the frame per second.

An another option would to develop a tool in perl to analyze pcap files;
