[streaming] 0.8.6 transcoding h264 + mosaic and frame rate

hi all,

do you have an idea why when I transcode in h264 + mosaic, video output 
has a low frame rate.
In the same time, if I try to access in http directly to VLC and not by 
mosaic I built, video is perfect.

Any idea how to fix that ? sounds a mosaic + h264 problem

PS : when I transcode in mp4v, it is much better
