[streaming] vlc real time h264 transcoding hardware acceleration?

Hi List,

Is possible optimize the CPU use for transcoding MPEG2 to H264 with
any Video Card

Currently I transcode in Real Time from MPEG2 to H264 but need a
Opteron 16 cores 2.2G for 14 tv signals.

Any know is possible use a GPU for optimize this process and support
more signals in same server?
