[streaming] Video Conferencing with VLC

Hello every one.

My name is Manuel I'm from Spain, this is my first mail to the list, I'm 
looking for a Video Conferencing Solution for about 50 users located in 
two offices with the possibility of single users to connect from anywhere.
The Idea is to have one or several Video chat room and also Video calling.

Is this possible using VLC Streaming capabilities?

If possible any information about BW or hardware requirements will be great.
