[streaming] BroadCast in VLC

Hi,
I am using the VLC media player 1.0.0.I successfully used the vlc player for unicast and multicast streaming.But i have problem for Broadcasting.Can someone guide me with the steps for Broadcasting a video using vlc?Is it same as media encoder?I can achieve the same by multicast but i really want to use the Broadcast option provided by vlc player.Please help me with this.
