[streaming] streaming live audio and video using VLC

Hi all,
       I am using vlc-1.0.1 for linux. I am trying to stream live audio
and video on my desktop. Command used is -

vlc screen:// --screen-fps=10
--sout='#transcode{vcodec=h264,vb=1500,scale=1,acodec=mp4a,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=ts,dst=/tmp/sample.mpeg},dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=224.1.2.5:1234}}'
--sout-all

Using above command i am able to stream live video but not audio. Even the
dumped file has no sound.

Am i missing anything? I would be very thankful for your guidance.
