[streaming] H.264 video over RTP

Hi,
I'm using RTP module to stream a video encoded with H.264. On the
receiver VLC prints a series of: 

[packetizer_h264 packetizer warning: waiting for SPS/PPS]

followed by a series of:

[main warning: trying to send non-dated packet to stream output!]

and VLC is able to reproduce only audio.

Is it a coding or trasmission problem?
