I've the same problem with my Hauppauge WinTV-HVR4000(Lite) DVB-S/S2 card (FW version 1.23.86.1) and dvblast svn r103, dvblast doesn't tune the card. Astra 19.2E: dvblast -c orhdtv.conf -u -m psk_8 -f 11362000 -s 22000000 -v 18 -a 0 Only Kaffeine seems to work.
