[streaming] simple query

Hi,
  1.  I am working on vlc version 1.4.1, using udp caching option from
browser plugin i.e
 var options = new Array(":aspect-ratio=4:3", "udp-caching=10");
 this value does affect to start up time, but still I unable to bring delay
in live streaming below  1sec while playing video through firefox using
mozilla plugins, Is there any options that I suppose to add  to bring delay
down to some extend. Thanks in advance.

2. Is there any option that I can play video in vlc through browser and at
the same time I can stream that video.
