[streaming] VLC, Dvblast, DVB-S2 - Dektec interface

Hi,

I'm trying to use a Dektec Dta-2137 (
http://www.dektec.com/products/PCIe/DTA-2137/index.asp) for reciving DVB-S2
at 45Mbps, but i can not find any driver for V4L (i cant get a /dev/dvb/
interface).
Is there any experience using Dektec products with VLC or DVBlast?
Any recommendation for another interface that supports DVB-S2 at 45Mbps?
