[streaming] Hooks to know when streaming starts and ends

Hi

I am new to the VLC developers area. I am developing an application that
requires to know when VLC starts streaming and when streaming ends. Is
there any way to get the status of live streaming (any e.g UDP, RTP, RTSP)?

Something like a variable isStreaming = true or false ?
