[streaming] Broken: IPv6 DNS entry for get.videolan.org resolves to Link Local address

Hi team,

FYI the IPv6 address resolving for get.videolan.org is resolving to the 
Link Local address instead of the globally reachable one.

tkernen$ host get.videolan.org
get.videolan.org is an alias for get.dc2.videolan.org.
get.dc2.videolan.org has address 195.154.236.203
get.dc2.videolan.org has IPv6 address fe80::be30:5bff:fed0:40f9

Any chance we can get this fixed for those of us that are running on 
IPv6 enabled networks?
