xine-lib 1-beta9, gxine 0.3.2 released

xine-lib 1-beta9 is available for download now. Release focus is on
important bugfixes (buffer overflows, dvd navigation) but once again new
features have been added as well: mpeg4 postfiltering is implemented now
(ported from ffmpeg/libavcodec), http redirects should work now and
finally xine's volume can be controlled independantly of other
applications using the XINE_PARAM_AUDIO_AMP_LEVEL engine parameter.

gxine 0.3.2 brings a lot of bug fixes and detail improvements such as a
massively enhanced browser plugin (real plugin emulation and gtk
widgets), a splash screen and snapshots from dvd playback should work
now.
