Isn't region code protection and CSS two totally different pairs of shoes? 
IMHO all region 0 (or RPC1) players play content from all regions, while all 
players with specific region set play only dvds with same region code (or 
region code 0). While CSS is a lame way of scrambling the data on the dvd.
