Did you used scsi emulation on the cdrom? If yes, it's a bug in the scsi
emu vs hfs code. The HFS code needs settable block sizes, while the scsi
emu allows only one size. Or the scsi block size was bigger/smaller then
the hfs requested one? Didn't remember, altought i have discovered and
debugged this. No fix yet of course.
