	People do not usually want credit for this type of work. However, I did 
incorporate some of your stuff into the work-in-progress file. I had 
trouble using it because either you decompiled a different version of 
the decoder or you manually rearranged some code chunks.

	I will mention your name in the contributors section. But my default 
policy will be to not mention names unless credit is requested.

	BTW, another multimedia hacker examined the code and figured out that 
the weird bit reading function is, in fact, an arithmetic coder.
