WMV3 VfW Decoder?

Hello, does anybody know if $subj exists at all?
If so, please point to it, I need it to make my decoder work
with old WMV9 samples (and possibly also reverse-engineer those
J-frames from WMV2/8, they are related).

I tried Linspire libwmv3.so but it looks not supporting them and
DMO decoder is too hard to me - I got lost in those COM interfaces.
