The 10th IFIP Wireless and Mobile Networking Conference will be held in V=
alencia, Spain from September 25 to September 27, 2016. WMNC 2017 provide=
s a forum for discussion for researchers, practitioners and students inte=
rested in new developments in mobile and wireless networks, services, app=
lications and mobile computing. WMNC combines PWC (Personal Wireless Comm=
unications conference), MWCN (Mobile and Wireless Communication Networks =
conference), and WSAN (Wireless Sensors and Actor Networks conference) in=
to one event.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceed=
ings and will be indexed in IEEEXplore. Authors of papers of special meri=
t will be invited to send their extended versions to a Special Issue orga=
nized for this purpose in International Journals indexed in ISI Thomson a=
nd Scopus databases.

WMNC'2017 technical program committee invites authors to submit manuscrip=
ts with original research results that have not been previously published=
 or that are not currently under review by another conference or journal.=
 The following contributions are welcome:=20

     (ii) Application papers reporting on academia developments of techno=
logies, products, services, systems and solutions,=20
     (iii) Performance evaluation and experimentation papers,=20

Submissions will be judged based on originality, significance, clarity, r=
elevance, and correctness. All submitted papers will be subject to peer r=
eviews by Technical Program Committee members and other experts in the fi=
eld. Papers presented at the symposium will be considered for a Best Pape=
r Award.
