libxine2: need to change not-recommended status of using external libdvdnav

hi,

Just upgraded to hg hg-head of 20140630 - and found xine-ui not
playing DVDs and crashing. Found the crash to be in libdvdread. Using
gdb, got bt to the point of 'missing symbols in dvdcss which
apparently should not happen.
using libdvdread - 4.9.9+git7c6206a
          libdvdnav   - 5.0.0+gitd0449a9
          libdvdcss   - 1.2.13+gite6b4e1a
Then realised that libxine was using internal dvdnav and gdb line
numbers didn't match source code
of linked libs. Tried --with-external-dvdnav - and everything went just fine.

Only, now xine can play DVD file-structures written in UDF format only
whereas previously I could play DVD file-structure in ISO9660 formats
also!
