Patch to stdctl PlaylistOpen$/path/to/playlist

We use xine to show advertisement content between entertainment videos on
screens in the malls.
This patch adds ability to open new playlist without restarting player
(gapless).
I've forked the xine-ui repository and created a merge request on
sourceforge. In case you didn't notice this please check this sourceforge
