Thanks. Seems those files have plain aac sound whose frames are wrapped in ADTS (cbr mp3-like) units and then streamed seamlessly without paying attention to PES or TS packet boundaries. See my latest ADTS parser upload. It probes first to not break raw streams (flv, mp4). There were 3 download buttons. The first tried to give me some nasty .exe but the 2nd one worked although terribly slow. PS. hg.debian.org seems to have problems right now too.
