Thanks. Seems those files have plain aac sound whose frames
are wrapped in ADTS (cbr mp3-like) units and then streamed
seamlessly without paying attention to PES or TS packet
boundaries.

See my latest ADTS parser upload. It probes first to not
break raw streams (flv, mp4). I hope this trick also
works with LATM but I have no files for testing.

There were 3 download buttons. The first tried to give
me some nasty .exe but the 2nd one worked although
terribly slow.

PS. hg.debian.org seems to have problems right now too.
