Broken LATM with xine-lib-1.2

Hi,
I've just tested my DVB-T2 reception with xine, and I'm sorry to report that the LATM decoding is indeed broken by this commit:

ff_audio_decoder: add AAC ADTS probing and parsing.
Some MPEG-TS streams dont align ADTS to TS-PES,
pad ADTS frames to (nearly) fixed bitrate, and/or
wrongly flag all this as LATM.
Somebody please test whether this breaks real LATM.

Reverting this patch does restore the audio.
