bugzilla is broken for a long time

Hi,

xine's bugzilla has been in a bad state since quite some time.

Is someone looking at it or is it deprecated ? if it is deprecated, is 
there another bug tracker ?

On an unrelated subject, may I ask if there is any plan for a new 
xine-lib release ? 1.2.9 is 9 months old today and there has been quite 
some work added since then.
