I have only limited access to the server, so I can't fix it at the
moment. Looks like it would be quite simple to fix - bugzilla was
upgraded but some of the templates were not.

No. But we could easily enable bug tracker @ sourceforge. Again, not
ideal, but it simply works without any maintenance.

I don't know if old bugs can be imported there. Looks like some parts
of bugzilla interface are working, but I don't know if there's any way
to export all bugs in some usable format. The only export I found was
detailed list of bugs, but it was missing all comments, attachments
etc.

Sure, we can do it. I was thinking this too just a while ago :)

Torsten, are there any known regressions left ?

I think there are one or two (my) commits I need to fix or revert
before release.
