Doubt about xine-plugin

Hello all, Is it possible to tell the xine plugin what audio track/s to play through a specially formated URL or any extended HTML tag inside an HTML? For example, I don't know if something like <a href="./myFilms/film1.divx#a=3">My Favourite Film</a> would work. I've been searching through Google but I found nothing related.
