Bug with menus in fullscreen

I have the same problem on my laptop Fedora 7 with the livna packages: xine-0.99.5-1.lvn7 xine-lib-1.1.10.1-1.fc7 xine-lib-extras-nonfree-1.1.10.1-1.lvn7 kde-3.5 with kwin and on my desktop Ubuntu 7.04 with the universe/multiverse packages: libxine-extracodecs 1.1.4-2ubuntu3 libxine-main1 1.1.4-2ubuntu3 libxine1 1.1.4-2ubuntu3 libxine1-ffmpeg 1.1.4-2ubuntu3 libxine1-plugins xine-ui 0.99.4+dfsg+cvs20061111-2ubuntu2 kde 3.5 with kwin. xine works perfectly well in windowed mode, but when I switch in fullscreen mode, the right mouse button can only give me the main menu: I cannot acces the various submenus (Open Playback Playlist Menus Stream Video Audio Subtitle Settings). The first time I try, there is for a split second a black rectangle where the menu should be, and then it disappears completely. Switching back to windowed mode allows me to access the submenu. Is this a known bug ? Is there a workaround ?
