Hi, I'm new to this, forgive me if this is a FAQ or clearly documented somewhere. I'm facing the task to develop an input plugin to start with, perhaps later a demux plugin and a video post plugin. For the time being, this input plugin should read from a pipe instead of a file, will probably be very similar to input_file.c except for no seek capability. My question now is how do I compile and debug a plugin (under Linux), how do I install this new plugin? I'm not familiar with automake and friends yet, used to develop on other platforms. Thanks for any help Jörg ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by the 2008 JavaOne(SM) Conference Don't miss this year's exciting event.
