Simple Question

Hello dear users, My question is simple but i didnt find answer in Xine site and its google seen to not want to show me a page with an answer. My question is: I have many options to use to memcpy_method. sse2, sse, mmx. In this pc that is a Celeron and DO NOT have sse2, just sse i am using mmx to memcopy, thou is it sse better than mmx to memcpy??? A list of best choices would be nice. Something like: SSE3, SSE2, MMXEXT, SSE, MMX. I know mmx is to multimedia aplications and sse is more for math. Thanks for the answer.
