OK - I've backed up a bit and taken the link from the page that launches the 
page which launches the webcast (if that makes sense) then the link looks 
like 
http://ri.mediaondemand.net/handler.aspx?UserID=4568&SiteID=1&EventID=921
Xine appears to load it without complaint, but nothing plays.

If I load the same URL into Kaffeine, then I get
