I also found out that the cpu usage of the
drivers that *do* work  (i.e. do not split the
image into two images, and do not make xine
exit with status 1) are:

1. opengl    68% of CPU
2. xshm      42% of CPU
3. sdl       26% of CPU

I had thought that the vidix driver did work,
but I made a mistake in the output statement
of a loop I wrote to try out each driver.
The above drivers are the only ones that do work
on my installation.

Could anyone tell me what it would take to make
the other drivers to work properly?
