xine can't play h264 file

Hi

I can't play with xine the h264 file from dvb. The sample you can find here
http://file006r.mylivepage.com/chunk6/974269/1510/more%20then%2020mbps.ts

ffplay & MPlayer can play this file with some errors about "B picture before any references"
