Xine control box and KDE panel

How can I get the Xine control box (the one that toggles on / off with "g"
on the keyboard) to slide under the KDE panel?

Xine 0.99.6 on KDE 3.5.9 Kubuntu 8.04 with all updates.

I posted this same question two months ago, I hope it is not too soon to
ask again. I'd also like to apologize for the html in the first post, it
was apparently added by the web site that I was using to post and I was
quite mortified when I saw it.
