Missing includes when compiled xine-lib? Take a look into the configure 
output, when there are a lot of missing entries, the plugins are not 
build. In your case it seems everything is missing.

And why did you not installing the packages from Packman?
Got to http://packman.links2linux.de and take a look into the FAQ, it's 
discribed how to include Packman into YaST, so you needn't worry about 
the dependencies, just set xine-ui tu update.
But uninstall selve compiled versions before ("make uninstall" in the 
source directories)
