I guess xine's mpeg-ts demuxer is looking for audio inside PES PID 0xbd,
but BluRay uses PID 0xfd.

I have an experimental BluRay-related patch
( http://phivdr.dyndns.org/xine-lib/BluRay/ ) with a fix to this issue
too.

Note that xine-lib does not support DTS inside mpeg-ts.

Support for HDMV/BluRay ts variant:
- Added file type extensions m2ts and mts
- Added support for HDMV 192-byte ts packets
  (ignore 4-byte header before each ts packet).
  TS packet size is autodetected while syncing
- Changed NPKT_PER_READ from 100 to 96. This results to integral number
  of 188-byte or 192-byte packets (188*96 == 192*94).
- Support audio inside PES PID 0xfd.
- Added stream descriptor STREAM_SPU_HDMV (0x90).
  Ignore HDMV subtitle streams (no decoder yet).
