ID3 parsing problem in xine-lib ?

Hello,

The following mp3 file (which is a mp3 encoding of Buffy's "Magic
Snow" from a Christope Beck promotional CD) has ID3 tags encoded in it
which display fine on my mp3 player, but don't display in current
versions of xine. They did display in old versions of Xine however (up
to around 1.1.4 of xine-lib IIRC):

Is it a xine-lib problem, or have I not built xine-lib correctly ?

PS: mp3 tracks which I've encoded myself from my own CDs do display
their ID3 data correctly.
