Idea to the subtitle system.

I hope that xine supports pipeing the subtitles also to the fifo or 
external say command. It is needed for visually impaired users.
Switching xine to enable or disable this feature may be placed to 

I're pleased if the xine developers add this feature to the player. 
with this I can concentrate on watching the video to read the 
subtitles instead
