You can try to compile and install BluRay plugins to existing xine-lib
(no need to patch and re-compile whole xine-lib).

There's modified mpeg-ts demuxer for .m2ts files and experimental
decoder for BluRay bitmap subtitles. Simply unpack it somewhere and run
"make install" in the BluRay folder.
