Subtitles are decoded properly, but timing is still not exact.

If I remember right I took xine-lib GPL header and interface function
signatures from DVB subtitle decoder. But there's no common code to
share between those two.

There's now support for DTS audio.

I'm also adding VC-1 video support, but there are some problems in
ff_video_decoder.c. Opening ffmpeg VC-1 decoder fails and xine-lib
ffmpeg wrapper plugin segfaults quite soon after that.
