So I was able to successfully run the command (no errors):

mkdir -p ~/.xine

but when I ran:

scan /path_to/initial_tuning_file >~/.xine/channels.conf

I got:

scanning /path_to/initial_tuning_file
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
ERROR: cannot open '/path_to/initial_tuning_file': 2 No such file or
directory
ERROR: initial tuning failed
dumping lists (0 services)
Done.

What can I do to fix this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Kind regards,

Juan
