where's the documentation?

The xvid website FAQs ()
say:
"Is there documentation about Xvid and its algorithms?   "
"Yes, it's in progress. Watch out the Documentation section. "

"Is there a API documentation available?   "
"Yes, but always in progress. Watch out the documentation section. "

Maybe I dumb Q, but where is this Documentation section?
