DoxyGen isnt perfect, but a good place to start. Think ill submit a Doxyfile (& probably README w/ instructions) in an 'xvidcore-1.1.3/doc/doxygen' subdir for people to run themselves (keeps size down - especially as i like callgraphs :) ).
