xvid encoding optimazations

Hi Masters,


here i am again... :)
i just want to ask on how can i calculate the output data size after encoding...? in specific, how can i assign values to these encoding parameters to meet my expected data size after encoding?
parameters like:

    bitrate 
    reaction_delay_factor
    averaging_period    
    min_quant[0] 
    max_quant[0] 
    max_bframes 
    bquant_ratio  
    bquant_offset 

out from these parameters i am going to encode the video with resolution of about 88x72 to compress to 512bytes every encoded single frame, with considerable video quality...is this possible? how?

hope you'll not get mad on this many question which i think are related to each other
